  1. Saute diced onions in butter until golden.
  2. add diced butternut squash, potatoes and carrots and saute until everything starts to brown.
  3. add broth and all the spices and cook for 15-20 minutes until everything is very tender.
  4. add the sweetened condensed milk and puree soup to preferred consistency. Ad milk for a creamier soup and serve with some toasted bread.
