Directions

  1. In a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray cook chicken for approx.
  2. 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Don't over cook there is additional heating time at the end.
  4. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  5. Add mushrooms, garlic, basil, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Saute until mushrooms are tender.
  7. Stir in spaghetti sauce and red wine.
  8. Add chicken, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until heated through.
  9. Serve over pasta.
