  • Mix wet ingredients in food processor. Add premixed dry ingredients. Blend together until dry ingredients are just moistened.
  • To bake, preheat oven to 375°F Grease bottoms only of medium size muffin cups, fill to 2/3 full. Bake at once in a preheated 375F oven until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.

  1. Nothing could be quicker. They are wonderful muffins and 5 teenagers ate the lot warm from the oven. No butter needed, lovely colour and delicious smell.
     
  2. Made this primarily for the hubs...he enjoyed it since it is not too sweet and goes very well with hot tea or coffee. I'm not a molasses fan but did think this was a pretty good muffin. Also, this was my first time baking muffins, instructions were super easy and clear. Thanks for the post, will prob make again

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
