Quick Fix Bisquick "pizza"

"Made this for some friends in the middle of the night -- they couldn't believe I could whip up a midnight snack so quickly! Feel free to throw other veggies on top. The Bisquick dough doesn't make a true pizza crust -- but it sure is satisfying. A quick fix!"

  • Make a stiff dough by mixing Bisquick mix and milk. Press into a lightly greased standard pie pan.
  • Drain tomatoes and spread across dough.
  • Sprinkle with spices.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Spread green pepper pieces across pie.
  • Cook in 375 degree oven until dough sets and sides begin to brown.
  • Slice and serve!
