- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) package lasagne Hamburger Helper mix for beef pasta
- 5 cups water
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 small zucchini (chopped, about 1 cup)
directions
- Cook beef and onion in 4 quart dutch oven, stirring frequently until beef is brown; drain.
- Stir in sauce mix, water, tomatoes, corn and cheese; break up tomatoes.
- Heat to boiling stirring constantly; reduce heat. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in macaroni and zucchini. Cover and cook 10 minutes more.
- Sprinkle each serving with additional Parmesan cheese as desired.
