  • Cook beef and onion in 4 quart dutch oven, stirring frequently until beef is brown; drain.
  • Stir in sauce mix, water, tomatoes, corn and cheese; break up tomatoes.
  • Heat to boiling stirring constantly; reduce heat. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in macaroni and zucchini. Cover and cook 10 minutes more.
  • Sprinkle each serving with additional Parmesan cheese as desired.
