  1. In a large bowl, combine the cereal, all purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add the eggs, buttermilk, and oil, stirring just until throughly mixed.
  2. Heat the oven to 400. Grease the bottom of 18 muffin cups (or line them with cupcake papers) and fill them with batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until done.
