  • Melt margarine in oblong pan.
  • Mix together flour, sugar and milk to smooth batter.
  • Pour into melted margarine, but do not stir.
  • Pour in fruit.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

  2. This was really good, and very easy. I substituted soy milk, and used half as much margerine (maybe a typo).
     
  3. This is quick and easy and taste like Mom's. I used pears that I can myself, and I have also subbed peaches.
