Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 14 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 (3 ounce) package pepperoni slices, chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 medium shallots, minced
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) cansliced olives, drained
  • 12 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 12 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1 (22 ounce) bag corn chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250.
  2. Stir together cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes; spread into a lightly greased 9-inch pieplate.
  3. Spoon pasta sauce over cream cheese mixture; top with pepperoni and next 3 ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Warm thoroughly and serve with corn chips.
