Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Arrange graham crackers in single layer in ungreased 15 x 10" jelly-roll pan.
  3. Heat brown sugar and margarine to boiling in 2-qt. saucepan.
  4. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in vanilla.
  7. Pour sugar mixture over crackers; spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle with pecans.
  9. Bake 8-10 minutes or until bubbly.
  10. Cool slightly.
  11. Break into squares.
