Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (16 ounce) package rotini pasta
  • 2 -3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 (16 ounce) package california-blend frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 -2 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Cook Pasta according to Package, Drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking steam frozen veggie mix. I sometimes use chicken breasts I've cooked, or will in a pinch use 3-4 breaded chicken patties cooked and cut up. Mix all ingredients together and serve. If you like more or less ranch or cheese, add your desired amount.
