Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup pasta (Boiled and Drained)
  • 12 cup corn (boiled and drained)
  • 12 cup peas (boiled and drained)
  • 1 tomatoes (chopped without the seeds)
  • 12 cup capsicum (green, or any color)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons olives (sliced) (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons jalapenos (sliced) (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese (shredded, or any other u like)

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. toss well.
  3. serve chilled.
