  • 4 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 0.5 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, with oil
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • capers

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain again.
  • Combine with remaining ingredients. Chill at least 4 yours.
