  • Cut sausage in half dollar sizes and brown in a skillet with a dash of grease.
  • Slice potatoes and layer on top of sausage.
  • Mince garlic and evenly cover potatoes.
  • Chop cabbage and layer on top of that.
  • Add 1/2 cups water cover and simmer 35 minutes.
  • Salt and pepper to taste and if you wish you can add a dash of butter for flavor.

I love to cook and have been expanding my knowledge here for over a year. My fiancee moved in with me around the time I started frequenting this site because I had to make the same things taste different so we will not get bored.
