  1. What a great simple way to switch up canned tomato soup!! I followed the recipe as written, using "Better than Bouillon" chicken base mixed with water for the chicken broth. Next time I would simmer the soup for a longer time to cook the celery more and might add some chopped onion!! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I served it along with Recipe #390356 for a great lunch!! Made for PRMR.

  3. Made this for Spring PAC 2011 and all I can say is wonderful! I did saute some onion with the celery to soften before continuing with the recipe. Definately a keeper because we love soups and generally take them down to the beach for lunch and this is fast and easy to make.

  4. Made as posted except omitted hot sauce. This is quick and easy. I love rice in tomato soup and the chicken broth and celery were a nice addition. Excellent served with a grilled cheese sandwich. Thanks for sharing loof. Made for your win in Football Pool 2010 Week 6.

  5. This was a GREAT lunch! Quick, tasty and cheap - all of my favorites!! I used a generic can of tomato soup from the dollar store (2/$1.00) and one and a half cans of water, some leftover sesame ginger rice pilaf, some parsley, a spoon of powdered chicken bullion and red pepper flakes. I though it was very tasty and comforting on a cold snowy day!!
