Quick Turkey Potstickers

ingredients
- 8 ounces turkey (any raw or cooked scraps)
- wonton wrapper
- 1⁄2 head cabbage
- 1⁄2 yellow onion
- 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- ginger (fresh is best)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Peel garlic and ginger. Pulse in food processor until splattered on the sides.
- Add onion and pulse until chopped.
- Add turkey and pulse until chopped.
- Add cabbage, cut in 2 inch chunks and pulse until well chopped.
- Scrape down the sides. Add salt and pulse one last time.
- Lay out as many wrappers as you want to cook on the counter.
- Place a small dollop of mixture in the center and close by folding diagonal corners together. Pinch all edges well closed -- use water to help seal.
- Heat skillet or wok HOT. Add a little oil and cook the pot stickers on all sides until done.
- If you are watching the fat, call them duplings and steam them instead.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of choice or keep it simple and mix rice wine vinegar and soy.
