Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces wasabi powder; 1/2 cup heavy cream; 1 1/4 ounces sour cream; 1/4 cup rice vinegar; 1/4 cup water (to thin if necessary)

ingredients

1 ¹⁄₂ ounces wasabi powder
¹⁄₂ cup heavy cream
1 ¹⁄₄ ounces sour cream
¹⁄₄ cup rice vinegar
¹⁄₄ cup water (to thin if necessary)

directions

I like to mix the creams and vinegar together first then whisk in the wasabi powder a little at a time to eliminate clumps.
thin with water if needed.
store in glass jar sealed in refridgerator until ready to use.
