ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 ounce brandy
- 1 ounce white Creme de Cacao
- 2 ounces black coffee
directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Don't skip this step!
- Blend quickly on high just before serving.

Yummy little drink!! I made 1/4 of the recipe and should have made at least 1/2, as it only made a little larger than a shot type drink, but so tasty!!! I made exactly as written with the exception of using Dark Creme de Cacao, as that was what I had on hand. Thanks for sharing the recipe loof!!! Made for 123 Tag. -

Wow, this is delish. I may have used a tad more coffee than ask for but it worked for me. It was really hard waiting for the 2 hrs to pass before trying it but I made it. It goes down very nicely and is great for a summer evening. Made for Photo Tag.
