- 1 cup rinsed quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)
directions
- Combine all ingredients but cinnamon. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
- Stir in cinnamon, cover again, and let sit one minute.
- Enjoy your hot breakfast!
