“This is a modification of a recipe someone made for my sister-in-law after she had her second baby. It's a wonderful meal, easy to make and put together, and nutritious. You can substitute for your favorite veggies, and use your favorite kind of sausage (or leave it out completely for a VEGETARIAN version!).”
