Quinoa Poppy Seed Bread for Machine

"In spite of the whole grains, this is a very light, soft bread with a crunchy crust. It's a fun bread that even kids and those who scorn whole wheat will enjoy. Makes a 1 lb loaf. You can substitute canola oil for the lecithin granules. The potato flour keeps it moist. No quinoa flour? Just use more whole wheat flour. Recipe makes a one pound loaf."

I just got my first bread machine--Breadman's Corner Bakery. I love trying to make healthier versions of my favorite foods. I have a sweet tooth, but I prefer desserts that aren't overly sweet.
