Directions

  1. Soften butter. Mix in softened cream cheese. Add eggs one at a time. Add sugar & vanilla mix well. Then add flour and baking powder, mix all well. Batter will be thick and gooey.
  2. Spray 2 large loaf pans. Distribute batter evenly in both pans.
  3. Bake 325 degrees - 1 hour and 15 minutes Delicious!
