- 1 1⁄2 cups butter
- 1 -8 ounce cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
directions
- Soften butter. Mix in softened cream cheese. Add eggs one at a time. Add sugar & vanilla mix well. Then add flour and baking powder, mix all well. Batter will be thick and gooey.
- Spray 2 large loaf pans. Distribute batter evenly in both pans.
- Bake 325 degrees - 1 hour and 15 minutes Delicious!
