"Hjort" Swedish Deer Meatballs

"Hjort is Swedish for deer. This is a very basic swedish meatball recipe using deer. Antelope can also be substituted. I use my meatballs in spaghetti, barbeque sauce, and wrapped in bacon."

  • mix meat, onion and egg.
  • add soy sauce.
  • add oats.
  • add salt and pepper.
  • form into balls. I used a large cookie scoop.
  • Bake on foil for 30 min at 350 degrees.
