  • Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 8x11.5" baking dish (I use pam).
  • Stir together brownie mix, syrup package, eggs, oil and water. Add the chocolate chips.
  • Pour into greased baking dish, bake until done.
  • Immediately after you take the brownies out of the oven, cover with a layer of marshmallows, let stand while you make icing.
  • Sift powdered sugar and cocoa powder together. Add the melted butter and enough milk to make the consistency you like. (I start with about 3-4 tbsp). But make sure you add enough liquid so it will cover the top of the whole thing, but not too much to make it too runny.
  • Delicately spread over marshmallows.
  • Let cool completely.
