ingredients
- 4 small boneless pork chops
- 2 slices bread
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash seasoning salt
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Toast bread and crumble.
- Add garlic powder, season salt, salt & pepper to taste.
- Salt pork chops.
- Dip in butter to coat both sides.
- Dip in bread crumbs on both sides.
- Lay on a non greased pan.
- Cook for 40-45 minutes or until they are white all the way through.
- Enjoy!

Wonderful and easy dish. I followed the instructions completely (I did season the pork chops a little more) and cut the recipe down for DH and I but definately a keeper to put into my Favorites of 2011. Next time I might save some more time by mixing seasoned bread crumbs with some panko crumbs (for crunch) instead of toasting the bread for crumbs. Made for Fall Pick-A-Chef 2011.
