  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Toast bread and crumble.
  • Add garlic powder, season salt, salt & pepper to taste.
  • Salt pork chops.
  • Dip in butter to coat both sides.
  • Dip in bread crumbs on both sides.
  • Lay on a non greased pan.
  • Cook for 40-45 minutes or until they are white all the way through.
  • Enjoy!

  1. Wonderful and easy dish. I followed the instructions completely (I did season the pork chops a little more) and cut the recipe down for DH and I but definately a keeper to put into my Favorites of 2011. Next time I might save some more time by mixing seasoned bread crumbs with some panko crumbs (for crunch) instead of toasting the bread for crumbs. Made for Fall Pick-A-Chef 2011.
