  • Brown ground beef with onion.
  • Add soup, sauce, milk, and chilies; heat.
  • Line casserole dish with a layer of chips, then layer of meat mixture. Repeat layers - ending with meat.
  • Cover top with cheese.
  • Bake for 40 minutes @ 350*.

  1. This was like enchiladas , in a casserole form . Mine took about 25-30 minutes to bake . My family thought it was VERY good . We served it with a dollop of sour cream on top . Thank You !

I live in Mangum, OK. I was born in Illinois and moved to Oklahoma when I was 5 yrs old. My family moved from Tulsa to Mangum in 1996. I love Oklahoma! My dad taught me how to make Buttermilk Biscuits from a Betty Crocker cookbook when I was 8 yrs old. I've been cooking ever since. There are 8 people in my family, so I've learned to cook for a small crowd. :)
