Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 medium green pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips.
  • 1 medium red pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips.
  • 1 medium yellow pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips.
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 12 cup Yoshida gourmet sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a medium wok over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add peppers to wok and stir fry until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in Gourmet Sauce and cook until sauce boils, about 30 seconds.
