  • Butter toast and cut into cubes. Alternate layers of bread and raisins in a greased baking dish 9 x 9.
  • Mix salt,sugar,eggs,milk and water in a medium bowl. Pour over layers and let stand about 20 minutes.
  • Combine cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle over top of pudding.
  • Bake in preheated oven 325F for 25 - 30 minutes or until firm.
