Raisin Snack Cake

"I had a can of raisin pie filling that needed to be used, and as I am not a pie baker, I decided to use the recipe from inside the can label. I adjusted it for the spices I had on hand. My kids love raisins, so this was a good snack for them. I think I would like to try it next time with a cream cheese icing."
