  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add syrup and yoghurt, mix thoroughly.
  • Grease 2 loaf-pans and sprinkle a little flour over the greased pan.
  • Divide the dough in half and put in pan.
  • Pat the top slightly otherwise the loaf might split on the top.
  • Bake in 175 C for 1 hour.
