  1. Use a heavy duty electric mixer with paddle, or alot of mixiing by hand -- mix all the cake ingredients. Be sure to mix well.
  2. Pour batter or spoon into a 12 inch bundt pan, or 10 inch tube pan, .coated with Kittencal's pan coating mix. You can grease and flour, however;cake will not stick with Kittencal's coating. Place a piece of foil over cake; Do not tuck around pan, just place on the top., then bake 2 hours, remove foil and bake 1 more hour at 300 degrees -- Remove from oven --.
  3. Place on a wire rack to cool 10 minutes -- Invert cake to wire rack, cool completely.
  4. For the glaze, boil ingredients 1 1/2 minutes , Poke holes deep into cooled cake, pour glaze over, allow to soak in, keep scooping, pouring over and letting soak into cake,.
