  1. I thought I'd already reviewed this, but I guess I didn't. We've been making this for ages and love, love, love it. It's easy, quick, and really cheap to make! I often put a (drained) tin of beansprouts in this, and/or sauted carrot, celery and onion - sometimes peppers. It's so easy my kids can make it too. Yummy.

  2. This is pretty good for being easy and quick, but my favorite way is with a little bit of soy sauce, sesame oil and red pepper flakes added. Served with a dumpling type dipping sauce.

  3. This is a surprisingly tasty way to do ramen, cheep and quick I usually toss a couple of chopped scallions into the egg mixture before pour it into the noodles.

  4. My kids loved this - I added grated carrot and frozen peas to make this a complete meal. Thanks for posting!

  5. I've been making this for a while with different add-ins. I like to add some low sodium soy sauce and sesame oil along with veggies. Thanks for the super simple idea!

I bought my first cookbook in 4th grade and have been cooking ever since. I enjoy cooking for my family and friends, but I don't spend a fortune doing it.
