Very tasty! As I was plating them up, I thought to myself, "These need bacon"! (I served them swiss cheese). After reading the review about 'falling apart', I decided to preform the patties and chill for a few minutes before cooking. By doing this, by using a hot grill, and by not turning them too soon, they held together nicely. Thanks for the recipe!

These were good and surprisingly my hamburger loving son liked them too! I did sprinkle a little extra bread crumb on the outside of the patties since they were so sticky and when they were cooking they looked dry like breaded chicken patties, but the inside was juicy and perfect. Served with provolone cheese, lettuce, mayo and ketchup. Made for Down on the Farm Tag.

These were pretty good, but I am not sure why they fell apart on the grill. My husband was able to salvage them by putting cheese over top and the cheese melted over the pieces and glued them back together. We couldn't taste any ranch flavor, maybe next time I would double the ranch dressing mix. Thanks for posting the recipe.

Very very good! I used 2 lbs of ground chicken b/c they only sell it in full pound packages here. I kept everything else but the breadcrumbs the same. I needed to add alot more breadcrumbs than called for to keep my patties together. We weren't sure if they would shrink any with cooking so we made the patties on the larger side. They didn't shrink at all so we ended up cutting the two biggest patties in half. We made our sandwiches with miracle whip, bacon, provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato. Super tasty. Next time I will make the patties a little thinner b/c they were very filling!!!
