  1. Cut the chicken (uncooked) into bite size pieces.
  2. Stir in the ranch dressing mix.
  3. I usually let this sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes or so.
  4. Cut up the bell pepper and onion.
  5. Cook the pepper and onion in a bit of olive oil until done.
  6. Add chicken and cook and stir until done.
  7. That's it!
  8. Just assemble your fajitas and enjoy!
