Randy's Whacky Wings

"This was inspired by several recipes I found on Zaar. Even though I love Buffalo Wings, I wanted something a little different this time, so I came up with this, using what I had on hand....hope you like it, too!!! Prep time does NOT include marinading time."

  • In a medium bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients.
  • Place wing sections in a 1 gallon Zip Lock bag.
  • Pour sauce over wings in bag & cover wings completely.
  • Close bag, removing as much air as possible.
  • Refridgerate overnight, turning occasionally.
  • When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°.
  • Spray a 11 X 16 jelly roll pan w/ cooking spray (or line w/ parchment paper).
  • Place wings on pan one at time so they aren't touching, -- DON'T just "dump " them on!
  • Discard any remaing sauce.
  • Bake on center rack for 50-60 minutes turning halfway, being careful not to burn.
  • Remove from oven & let set for 5-10 minutes.

We also enjoy Panera Bread, Dickey's BBQ &amp; Picanha Brazillian Steak House!!!<br />I've been married since 1977 to the most wonderful lady a man could ever ask for. We have 9 beautiful Grandkids...5 girls 4 boys, a VERY SPOILED white German Shephard (Tori) &amp; a VERY goofy cat (Angel)!
