  1. I used your wonderful spice combination on my pork tenderloin this week. It was excellant. I can't wait to try it on chicken. The spices blend well together resulting in a lovely exotic flavour.
     
  2. This is a wonderful spice blend! I reduced the nutmeg to 3/4 tsp and the cloves to 1/4 tsp. for my personal taste. I used a portion of this for a crockpot stew of pork, butternut squash and apples and it turned out fantastic. Thanks, SusieQusie.
