- 1 1⁄3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon triple sec
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 (3 ounce) package soft ladyfingers, torn
- 1 cup raspberry flavored syrup
- 2 tablespoons raspberry flavored syrup
- 1 cup fresh raspberry
directions
- In a large bowl, beat cream, sour cream, confectioners' sugar, triple sec, and orange zest with a mixer at high speed until soft peaks form.
- Divide ladyfinger pieces among 6 small dessert glasses. Drizzle each with 2 tablespoons syrup. Divide cream mixture over ladyfingers. Top each with 1 tablespoons remaining syrup and raspberries. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
