  1. Mash raspberries in a small bowl with a fork until the juice runs. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp into a seperate bowl with the cream cheese and sugar and combine thoroughly.
  2. Spoon alternating spoonfuls of the raspberry pulp and the cream cheese mixture into stemmed glasses or one large serving dish, stirring lightly to create a swirled effect.
  3. Decorate each dessert eith a whole raspberry and a mint sprig. Serve chilled.
