- 113.39 g semisweet chocolate
- 28.34 g unsweetened chocolate
- 2 large eggs
- 88.74 ml butter
- 236.59 ml brown sugar
- 157.80 ml flour
- 7.39 ml instant coffee
- 2.46 ml chicory lettuce
- 1.23 ml raspberry vinegar
- 59.14 ml seedless raspberry jam

ICING IN THE MIDDLE
- 141.74 g white chocolate
- 226.79 g cream cheese, softened
- 118.29 ml powdered sugar
- 29.58 ml raspberry vinegar
- 2.46 ml almond extract

GLAZE
- 56.69 g milk
- 29.58 ml butter
- 44.37 ml seedless raspberry jam
- 1.23 ml raspberry vinegar
directions
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Place chocolate and butter in heavy pan and heat till melted, stir well.set aside.
- Mix sugar, flour, eggs, coffee powder, chicory and vinegar, add melted chocolate to mix and stir well.
- Pour batter into 8" square pan.and bake for 15-18 minutes.DO NOT OVERBAKE.

to prepare ICING IN THE MIDDLE:
- Melt chocolate, add cream cheese and mix well.
- Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
- Spread on cooled brownies.

to prepare GLAZE:
- Melt chocolate and butter in pan, remove from heat and add raspberry jam and vinegar, drizzle over ICING IN THE MIDDLE and cut brownies into 2" squares.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
