Raspberry Cape Breeze

"A cocktail with Crystal Light, from the latest issue of Food & Family. Raspberry, OJ, and rum, yum! For anyone that can't get Crystal Light, it's sugar free fruit drink mix. 1 tub makes 2 quarts, so if you're using a substitute, you would use whatever amount makes 2 quarts."

  1. I have made this several times now for family parties and it is always a really big hit. The last time I made it- I used 5 Alive instead of the OJ and I used Mango Rum in place of the spiced rum. It turned out really good.

  3. I made these, only I didn't use the orange juice, and it was very good-- really refreshing. Nice way to enjoy an afternoon by the pool.
