Wow momaphet is this good. I love, love, love raspberries and grow my own. I used berries that I had previously frozen and couldn't have been happier with the results. I added ice cubes and a little club soda to my glass for the perfect treat. I really enjoyed the intense flavor of the cordial. Thank you so much for sharing. This recipe is a winner because you get the sumptuous colour, flavour and aroma of raspberries but the pesky seeds are discarded. I use fresh raspberries when I have too many all ripening at once (haven't tried the original version with frozen fruit). Best served in a glass jug to appreciate the colour, a gorgeous deep cloudy pink. Last but not least, the flavour is intense, so it goes a long way diluted with mineral water or poured over ice cubes. Well worth the effort!
