  1. I made these for our Memorial Day cook-out. Very delicious and such a beautiful blue color. For wimpier drinkers (like me) a 2:1 ratio of blue raspberry martini mix to raspberry vodka is also good. This one has a great tangy fruity flavor and is so simple to mix--just two ingredients. Thanks Rita.

  2. These are GREAT!!! Thanks for posting - I never knew that my local grocery store sold the blue raspberry mix until I read you recipe - Now I do!! :)))

  3. I discovered this mix also....a great martini.

  4. I melted white chocolate and then painted some on the upper inside of two martini glasses. Package the glasses, liquor and recipe card in basket and called it a "snowcap martini" for the office holiday party. It was a huge success, and everyone was fighting for this one during the gift exchange.

  5. I made this up when I got to my daughter's house and had the first one before I started cooking. During the second one I was off to the kitchen to make cookies before I started the third. This drink is great. Very refreshing. Next time I will try to have the fresh raspberries, which I did not have tonight. Wonderful drink.
