  1. Combine flour, powdered sugar and butter. Press into a 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Spread softened jam on top.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff (room temp whites stiffen better). Slowly beat in 1/2 Cup Sugar. Spread on top. Bake an additional 25 minutes.
