ingredients
- 3 -4 leaves mint
- handful raspberries
- splash simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
- 1 lime, juice of
- ice
- 1 1⁄2 - 2 ounces rum
- club soda or sparkling water, to your liking
directions
- Tear up mint leaves and put them in the glass along with a handful or raspberries and a splash of simple syrup
- Muddle the ingredients together
- Add the juice of the lime and add ice
- Pour in the rum and a splash of club soda or sparkling water
- Stir well
- Enjoy!
