  • Combine raspberries and vinegar in a large stainless or enamel saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Boil gently for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile prepare jars.
  • Pour vinegar through 2 layers of wet cheesecloth.
  • Return vinegar to the saucepan and return to a boil.
  • Pour into clean hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.
  • Process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
