- 4 cups raspberries
- 5 cups white vinegar
directions
- Combine raspberries and vinegar in a large stainless or enamel saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil gently for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile prepare jars.
- Pour vinegar through 2 layers of wet cheesecloth.
- Return vinegar to the saucepan and return to a boil.
- Pour into clean hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.
- Process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
