  1. For some reason the bottom shortbread layer wasn't my favorite but everyone I served these to raved about them and asked for the recipe - so clearly a matter of personal taste. I left the nuts out but the chocolate and raspberry combo was great!

  2. These are very rich and tasty. I used 3/4 cup raspberry as suggested by others. I also used 1/2 semi-sweet and 1/2 white chocolate chips. I put some more on the top afterward for decoration. They needed to cook a little bit longer than suggested, but turned out nice and got great reviews. Thanks!

  3. This is the second time that I have made these delicious cookie bars. I made them the first time for Christmas and forgot to review them. I made them again for our Rose Society meeting. They got RAVE REVIEWS, everyone loved them. I passed your the recipe on to others. The first time I made them as the recipe stated, BUT, this time I used almost a cup of Raspberry preserves, a cup of walnuts and chocolate chips, YUMMY :) Rita, thanks for sharing your recipe.

  4. These tasted amazing! Very pretty and very yummy! Thanks for sharing this Rita! I would NOT change a thing!

  5. This was a tasty recipe with easy but detailed directions. I had to use more like 3/4 cup of raspberry preserves, because 1/2 cup did not spread far enough. Even though I used more preserves, I still felt the other flavors dominated and I would love to taste more raspberry. Thanks for sharing...I will try again with even more raspberry preserves. ;)
