  • Rouchly chop the broccoli, onion, and avocado.
  • Remove the rosemary leaves from the stem, discarding the stem.
  • Blend everything in the food processor for a couple of minutes. If you like a bit of texture, you can leave it a bit lumpy with the broccoli discernable or you can process longer until it is a smooth puree.

Now recovering from my short career as a personal trainer, I am trying to find my career-self through attending school (again...) part time. If I'm not there, I'm in the kitchen making a mess (and usually some food, too...). My most recent obsession is the 'zaar. I am slowly stretching my cooking/baking legs and getting creative in the kitchen. The love of my life is a shepherd-chow mix that is always at my heels in the kitchen, hoping to catch a few dropped goodies.
