  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until thick and creamy. Serve.
  • If you like your smoothies a bit sweeter, add some agave, honey or maple syrup to taste.

  1. Quite happy with this smoothie! I added some rolled oats to the food processor to make it more hearty and I'm just into the crunch right now.
     
  2. Really good. I didn't use any frozen fruit but would freeze the cherries next time. I pitted my own (messy stuff). They were not very sweet but this still was sweet enough with the banana. I used homemade unsweetened almond milk as well and a halal vanilla paste plus the sea salt. I would make this again as stated.
     
  3. Wow! This was good! I made it two ways today. The first time I mostly followed the recipe except I hadn't planned ahead, so I used a non-frozen banana. It was so good that I tried it later with a frozen banana and chocolate almond milk. Also really good (except for the brain-freeze). I liked it better a little less frozen. This is a great combination that I would never have thought of. I so glad I found this recipe! We'll definitely be having this again! Reviewed for Pick-A-Chef.
