  • Put the cashews in a blender and blend for a couple of minutes until you have a smooth nutbutter.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a smooth chocolate mousse.
  • Taste and add more agave syrup or cocoa powder if needed.
  • Enjoy straight away or chill in the refrigerator for a while. It will thicken when it is chilled.
