  • Place dates in a medium mixing bowl, cover with water and let soak for 20 minutes. Massage dates in soaking water with your hands (this helps to soften them). Drain the dates but reserve the soaking water.
  • Place dates and 1/2 cup of reserved water in the blender and blend into a smooth paste.
  • Stored in a sealed container, Date Paste will keep for 2 weeks in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer. Thaw for a few minutes before using.
